We curated a complete collection of inverted microscopes based on application information from thousands of microscope.com partners. You can also find the accessories you need to do your best work here. Add them to your inverted microscope purchase and they'll ship for free. Don't forget to add these to your cart:
Inverted microscope supplies
Your inverted microscope keeps biological samples alive for observation. Get your supply of petri dishes today so you never find yourself short.
Extra microscope illumination
Ultra-high magnification requires ultra-powerful lights. We recommend LED gooseneck lights for most inverted micrsocopes, so samples are bright but unaffected by the heat of the lamp.
Digital microscope cameras
Documenting your findings digitally is more efficient and reliable than note taking. Add a wireless microscope camera to your trinocular microscope head and see how your productivity improves.
Shipping's on us!
Orders over $150 get free shipping anywhere in the continental United States. If you're not quite at the minimum order, pay for another accessory, not shipping.

Flip microscopy on its head! Inverted microscopes are exceptionally sharp when you need a good look at a biological sample. They excel (and help you excel) when viewing living cells or organisms in a more natural environment than a sterile slide.
How?
The construction of an inverted microscope makes observation of biological material in a tissue culture flask or a petri dish possible. This makes the inverted scope invaluable in cell culture exploration. Inverted microscopes are also excellent for metallurgical observation, as polished samples can be placed on top of the observation stage and then observed from below using reflective objective lenses.
Finally, and perhaps most importantly, inverted scopes provide room for micromanipulation of specimens through specialized microtools. It’s all of these capabilities that make the inverted microscope such a popular choice for many scientists.
