THE PERFECT GIFT

Summary

All metal and high quality glass optics combine with a choice of four discounted accessory packs to make for an excellent gift for Elementary School children. There are three achromatic objective lenses (4x, 10x, 40xS) that combine with the wide field WF10x eyepiece to enable three magnification levels of 40x, 100x and 400x. Recommended Grades K-5.

Optics

LED illumination is powered by 3 x AA batteries or by the included AC/DC 120V adapter. Added benefits include 10 FREE slides, 5 blank and 5 prepared. A wide field WF10x eyepiece combines with three achromatic objectives for three levels of magnification: 40x, 100x and 400x. The eyepiece includes a useful locknut to mitigate the risk of damage or loss via small hands.

Stage & Focus

The plain stage measures 90mm x 90mm with two spring clips to retain the slide. The dual sided focus controls are a good size for small hands and include a slip clutch to avoid the risk of damage through over extension.

Condenser & Illumination

Rotating pinhole aperture condenser. LED illumination is powered by 3 x AA batteries which are included, or by the 110V AC/DC converter.

Accessories

The OM116L includes 5 blank and 5 prepared slides as well as a dust Cover, manual and AC/DC Converter. However, you will quickly require more accessories so we have packaged a choice of useful sets, below.
