  • Returned products must be in original condition, of current design, undamaged, in original packing and accompanied by a copy of all original documents received with the product (i.e., invoice, inspection certificates, operations manuals, etc.). Storage cases and sleeves must not be defaced; sticky back labels are prohibited. Returned products that fail to meet these criteria will be returned to the sender freight collect.

  • Authorized returns must be packaged in protective shipping containers using protective fill material.
